8. After completing the drive, replace the engine oil and oil filter. The additive dissolves carbon deposits, which enter the oil, so replacement is necessary to prevent re-contamination of the engine.

1. Perform all work in a well-ventilated area.
2. Wear protective gloves and other personal protective equipment before using the additive.
